Phoenix Canopy & Shades LLC provides fabric shade panels only for DIY orders unless a separate installation agreement is signed. The buyer is responsible for verifying all measurements, attachment points, post strength, wall connections, hardware selection, installation method, slope, drainage, tensioning, wind exposure, and local code requirements. Because shade sails are tensioned fabric products exposed to sun, wind, rain, and Arizona’s little personality disorder known as monsoon season, proper installation matters. Fabric panels must be installed with appropriate hardware, adequate structural support, and safe tensioning practices.
