4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Engineering & Permits

HOA approvals
Building permits
Site inspections

Unless specifically included in your written proposal, obtaining approvals remains the responsibility of the property owner.

Approval by an HOA does not replace applicable building or safety requirements.

6. Product Information
